Total Fee Transparency
We provide the highest quality health care with extraordinary cost savings outside of a traditional emergency department. We are a patient-advocate practice — we will never perform diagnostic testing for monetary gain.
Our only mission is to provide high-quality, affordable, and accessible health care. In keeping with our mission, a detailed price list of our services is provided below, along with examples and explanations that will allow every patient to fully understand their financial exposure when utilizing our centers.
Unlike many facilities, we do not feel it is appropriate to request a credit card authorization at time of registration — and none of our locations will do so.

Services and Fees
All charges will first be billed to your insurance company other than any required Copay or Visit Fee (required at the time of service). Once your insurance company notifies us of covered and non-covered services — then and only then — will you receive a bill for any remaining fees. We DO NOT request a credit card authorization at time of registration.
Visit Fee
As with all medical offices (Urgent Care, Primary Care, Emergency Department, and specialist), there is an initial fee for being seen by a medical provider. This fee includes registration, records update and management, triage and assessment.
The fee is determined by the Level of Complaint and whether the patient has previously been seen.* A Level 3 Complaint represents a low-acuity concern (such as sore throat, ear pain). A Level 4 Complaint, represents a higher-acuity (such as rib fracture, or headache). A Level 5 Complaint represents the highest acuity complaint (such as cardiac event, serious illness or injury).
These codes are established by medical insurance guidelines and adhered to by all practices.
Not including any additional testing that may be needed, our fees are provided below:
Level 3 Visit Fee
Low-acuity complaints, such as:
- Sore Throat
- Ear Pain
- Finger Pain
- Finger Fracture
- Cough
$120 – Established Patient
$150 – New Patient
Level 4 Visit Fee
High-acuity complaints, such as:
- Headache
- Rib Fracture
- Abdominal Pain
- Shortness of Breath
- Cellulitis
$145 – Established Patient
$220 – New Patient
Level 5 Visit Fee
High-acuity complaints, such as:
- Serious Illness or Injury
- Chest Pain
- Multiple Procedures
- Physician Consultation
- CT Scan
$180 – Established Patient
$225 – New Patient
*The reason an established patient visit is less than a new patient visit is that a new patient requires more in-depth registration, triage and assessment.
Medications
Below is a list of our medication formulary provided on location – which, if necessary will be administered during a patient visit. These will only be given while a patient is being treated — we do NOT send patients home with medication. Rather, we e-scribe medication: meaning we send prescriptions via the internet so they will be ready for pickup at your pharmacy when you arrive.
We do not charge for the medication itself administered during a visit, however, there will be a small fee for injected and IV medication administration. All oral medications are free of charge and included in your initial visit fee. Please see our detailed pricing below:

The following is a price list of imaging performed at our Urgent Care Centers. The fee will be billed to your insurance company or, if uninsured, directly to the patient.

NOTE: Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Massachusetts requires we bill both components (technical and professional) separately, therefore those insured by BCBS may see two charges, however, we can assure you the cost will not exceed prices listed here.

CT-Scan Imaging
As you can see below, our imaging pricing may be the lowest in the nation. We have been conducting on-site X-Ray and CT scans for over 10 years. All of our Centers utilize Konica Aero Digital X-Ray Equipment and Neusoft low-dose CT Scanners.
Our higher-slice CT scanners provide decreased scan times, less radiation and superior image quality than standard equipment. Our imaging is interpreted by a Massachusetts Board Certified Diagnostic Radiologist, one of whom works on-site daily in our Natick Center.
NOTE: Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Massachusetts requires we bill both components (technical and professional) separately, therefore those insured by BCBS may see two charges, however, we can assure you the cost will not exceed prices listed here.

Lung Cancer Screening Center
Lung Cancer Screenings to begin on December 1, 2019
All of our centers are certified with the American College of Radiology as a Lung Cancer Screening Center.
What is Lung Cancer Screening?
Lung Cancer Screening is a test performed to identify lung cancer before a patient is having symptoms. The goal of early detection is diagnosis, treatment and cure in non-advanced cancers.
For whom is Lung Cancer Screening recommended?
Anyone between the ages of 55 and 75 years old – having a 30-pack year smoking history who actively smokes, or has quit in the past 15 years.
It is important to understand the benefits and risks of screening tests so you can make an informed decision regarding which tests are right for you. Although you will meet with one of our providers prior to having a screening, we would suggest you consult your Primary Care Provider to assist you in making the decision.
Risks of Screening
Radiation — all of our scanners are low-dose radiation as recommended by the American College of Radiology.
False Negative — there is always the chance the test will not make a cancer identification that may be present
False Positive — There is always the chance the test may make an identification, which may require additional testing, that is not in fact, cancer. Such an example would require additional testing as recommended by our Radiologist.
Does my insurance cover a Lung Cancer Screening?
Unfortunately, only Medicare will cover the cost of a Lung Cancer Screening — if a patient qualifies. All other individuals will be forced to pay for the exam out of pocket prior to the exam taking place.
Consistent with our mission statement, we are committed to providing accessible, affordable health care. For this reason, the cost of a Lung Cancer Screening is only $262 at any of our Urgent Care Centers.
This cost includes your consultation with a medical provider, Lung Cancer CT-Scan and interpretation performed by one of our Board-Certified Radiologists. We always do our very best to keep your health care costs as reasonable as possible.

AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE ABOUT HEALTH CARE
We’re confident the information provided here will prove invaluable for every patient in need of affordable health care. At our Centers we have never — and will never — perform diagnostic testing for monetary gain — and we have the statistics to prove that.
For example, In a recent 7-day period, our Centers encountered 2,250 patient visits, yet we performed only 30 CT exams (0.0134% total — well below average). With our on-site CT services, we can diagnose and treat more serious illness and injury without costly hospital visits — however, we perform these tests only when necessary.
- Significant Savings — Both Time And Money.
On average, only 12% of emergency department patients are admitted into the hospital, while the remaining 88% are discharged home with significant out-of-pocket expenses.
Utilizing our Centers allows for minimal daily-life disruption and significant out-of-pocket savings. Our goal is to keep patients in the comfort of their own home through proper diagnosis and treatment along with close follow-up with their primary care provider.
- Affordable Medical Testing.
While we cannot accept orders from outside providers — for example, if your doctor writes an order for a CT, Blood test, and/or X-ray which could cost you upwards of $1,000 to $2000 at OTHER facilities — you CAN visit our Centers as a patient and ask to speak to our provider about your case.
Once registered at our Center, you will have the opportunity to discuss your medical history and health concerns. Following your medical assessment, as a team, you and our provider will confirm if the testing is – in fact, necessary. If so, we will perform said testing at substantial cost savings to you and your insurance company. We will then discuss the findings with you and forward all information to your primary care provider.
- With Changing Times Comes the Need for Change in Health Care.
Due to a lack of health insurance, escalating health care costs and the inability to pay for proper diagnostic testing, many are forced to live a sub-optimal lifestyle.
With our patients in mind, we will soon be petitioning the state of Massachusetts for the ability to place an MRI at our Natick location. If successful, our fee for an MRI will be kept as affordable as all of our services — offering non-contrast studies for $425.00 and contrast studies at $460.00. As with all of our fees, this will first be billed to the insurance company, or if uninsured, billed directly to the patient AFTER the testing is performed.
So, whether insured or not, all of our pricing is both reasonable and AFFORDABLE.
